What You Will Be Doing

  • Talent acquisition and management: Oversee recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Training and upskilling: Conduct training needs analysis, and organize internal and external trainings.
  • Research: Understand government grants, employee engagement benchmarks, and HR practices.
  • Project coordination: Lead and coordinate projects with departments and vendors.
  • Office operations: Handle daily HR/administrative tasks, manage emails, events, invoices, and payments.
  • E-commerce: Address customer queries, manage order fulfilment, and control inventory.

 

What You Should Have

  • A collaborative team member with a positive attitude and strong relationship-building skills within an international team.
  • Possesses excellent written and verbal communication abilities, and engages effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficient in hands-on tasks, organised, and detail-oriented.
  • Demonstrates a quick learning capability and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Understands and values the importance of confidentiality and data protection.

 

Good to Have

  • Knowledgeable about Singapore's Employment Laws and Labour Relations
  • Experienced in using Xero, HubSpot, and FedEx

We are offering both full-time and permanent part-time positions. The working days for these roles are Monday to Friday. The working hours for the part-time position are 12:00 PM to 5:30 PM.

Both positions requires the individual to be present on-site. A hybrid work arrangement may be considered after one year of service.
